You’ll need a pool noodle for this exercise. Stand on the floor and hold the noodle with both your hands (it should be parallel to the water level). Then slowly lean forward while pressing the noodle into the water; lift your legs, and ensure your body is in a straight posture. Keep yourself in this position for 2 minutes and then take a break.

1. Water Jogging
If your morning jog is getting boring, spice up your routine with a pool workout. This is one of the easiest exercises that can burn about 11 calories in a minute! In the water, you’ll work out harder while putting less strain and impact on your body.
Stand in the water and place your hands on your hips. Begin with slow jogging movements and then buildup your speed over time. You can get even more of your hands to target your upper body muscles as well.
3. Scissor Kicks
If you want to target your inner and outer thighs, scissor kicks work like magic. Begin by extending your arms to hold the ledge of the pool. Then lift your legs and float on your stomach. Make sure your body is in a straight line, and your knees or elbows aren’t bent. Take your left leg and cross it over your right one, creating an ‘X’ shape. Do the same thing with your right leg and continue with alternating sides.
